Is one person, Thomas Engström. I started the company in autumn 2000 for two reasons: To be able to make a better job in my occupation, and to get more value out of what I'm doing.
I've been in the business since 1989, and have learnt a lot since then. The most important thing I've learnt I discovered shortly before my decision to become a "free agent": I've learnt how infinite many things can go wrong, and I've learnt how to effectively minimize the number of -and the impact of- the things that can go wrong. (More about what I've learnt)
as a free agent than as an employee. By being a free agent I've freed myself from a potential source of error: The layer that my employer constitutes between me and the customer. As the market looks like today I have the opportunity to say "no thanks" to contracts where I judge myself as not qualified, contracts where I would not contribute with anything special, and boring contracts :-)
is another important factor which I control better as a free agent. Double-booked is an unpleasant word which I rather avoid, a fact that should please most customers. Using time in an efficient way is also a practice that can only be achieved by -time. Experience doesn't come over one night.
